  I believe fitness is an entire lifestyle plan, and is not limited to just an exercise program. Every decision you make throughout the day can affect your overall health and my passion lies in helping people make the choices necessary to reach their health and fitness goals. Our bodies were built to be active and I enjoy helping people develop a body that moves efficiently and effectively. I emphasize an individualized program that incorporates functional training, corrective exercise programming, core strengthening, variety, and a well balanced nutrition plan.
